SHIPPING CHARGES

If the shipping charges are not listed for the item you are interested in or not listed as "free", contact me at myglassshack@gmail.com and provide me with your physical address, city, state and zip code.  I will email you back with the cost of shipping to your location.  I do not add any handling fees.

NOTE:  Unfortunately, I cannot ship out of the United States at this time.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Regrettably due to the fragility of my stained glass artwork, I cannot offer returns or exchanges.

I can at your request, and an additional fee, add insurance when shipping so that if anything happens during shipping, I can provide a refund.  However, I don't see this happening as I pack the stained glass piece with much care as to prevent it from being damaged.
